Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VELORISE. We strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned once delivered, unless:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is missing items or has a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Request

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

4. Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened perfume bottles

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders returned without prior approval

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
